Tata Steel will ensure that the products are delivered in the fastest possible time and in best condition. We provide free delivery within municipal limits of 5 kms for all orders placed.

For Tata Tiscon (Pan India Except Delhi), Tata Structura, Tata Wiron And Tata Agrico

Tata Steel will ensure that the products are delivered in the fastest possible time and in best condition. Free home delivery on a minimum purchase of Rs. 40000 of any Tiscon product and within 5 kms from the dealer outlet.

For Tata Tiscon (Delhi)

Tata Steel will ensure that the products are delivered in the fastest possible time and in best condition. For delivery is not applicable for Delhi for Tata Tiscon products, shipping charges will be extra for delivery.

For Tata Shaktee And Durashine

Shipping charges will be extra for delivery.

For Tata Wiron

Tata Steel will ensure that the products are delivered in the fastest possible time and in best condition. Free home delivery on a minimum purchase of Rs. 25,000 of any Tata Wiron product and within 5 kms from the assigned dealer outlet. Delivery charges to borne by the customer in delivery location falls outside the limit mentioned.

For Tata Agrico

Tata Steel will ensure that the products are delivered in fastest time and best conditions. Free home-delivery for orders up to Rs 4999/- for any Agrico product.

Return Policy

FOR TATA PRAVESH

In case the order has been placed as a part of the ‘Lockdown Sale’ offer,

The order cannot be returned
The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered.
Tata Pravesh Warranty terms apply to the order: 5 year warranty on manufacturing defects and 1 year warranty on accessories as passed on by the manufacturer

FOR OTHER BRANDS

The following return policy applies to items purchased online through Tata Steel e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our channel partners:

In case the order has been placed through “Book Now” or “Pay Now” option,

The order cannot be returned
The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differ from what has been ordered by the customer. The request shall be raised by calling at our toll-free number, 1800-108-8282. The material will be replaced only in the case it is received in the same form as it was delivered

Cancellation Policy

For Tata Pravesh

The order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched by our channel partner, whichever is earlier. The amount will be transferred to customer’s bank account (through which the payment was made) after deducting the applicable standard payment gateway transaction charges

If the cancellation request is placed after 24 hours or after the order is dispatched by our channel partner, the request will be rejected and the customer shall take the material

In case the cancellation request has been accepted, the amount will be transferred to customer’s bank account within 10 working days

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.

We understand that certain individuals have been luring the public by offering company's Distributorships and Dealerships in connection with sales of Tata Steel Limited (TSL) products at a highly discounted rate and demanding advance money in the process. They illegally use the Trademark and logo of Tata Steel's and its group companies brands such as Tata Tiscon, Tata Structura, Tata Wiron, Tata Pravesh, Tata Shaktee, Tata Agrico, Durashine, Tata Steel Aashiyana and claim to be TSL's authorized representatives.

Please note that TSL does not offer to sell its products through SMS, Whatsapp, Calls, Emails or through any Social Media and never asks customers to make any advance payment for the same, via net banking or otherwise.
Please do not trust these individuals and if you are approached by anyone offering TSL's products through any of the mediums, seeking advance money in their bank account, please report the incident to the nearest Authorized Distributor or at the company's Toll Free No. 1800 108 8282.
